  • Time of cancellation.

Note: Some bookings may be non-refundable or may incur 100% cancellation charges.

2. Cancellation Requests

3. Refunds

If your booking is eligible for a refund:

  • Refunds will be made only to the original source of payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation from the vendor.
  • The actual crediting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No-Show or Late Cancellations

If you fail to check in or cancel within the permitted timeframe, no refund will be issued as per vendor terms.

5. Service Charges

Any service or convenience fees charged at the time of booking may be non-refundable.
